Expedition Club Fellowship Program

Expedition Club & Supply is an outdoor hobby shop and learning hub located in downtown Bend. We are currently recruiting retail staff and our first round of resident fellows with experience in the following fields:

Astronomy

Astrophotography

Birding

Mushrooming/Foraging

Rockhounding

Wildlife Photography

We’re looking for passionate hobbyists in these fields who practice regularly around Central Oregon. A formal education in these fields is a bonus, but not at all required. Expedition Club fellows will help members discover new hobbies and advise Club staff.

In return, fellows will receive a membership to the Map Room - our private downtown club, staff discount on retail goods, and the opportunity to serve as our freelance pool of PAID content contributors for our website, club adventures, and social media.

Fellows also have the opportunity to sell or promote applicable work at the Club.

Time commitment is 2-4+ hours a month or more depending on how much freelance work you choose to take on. Much of the work can be done remotely if need be.

Optional store shifts will be paid $19 per hour and the schedule is flexible.

Content will be paid according to the scope of work and experience.
